I personally think every ADC is going to be god tier. With all these runes you'll be able to take to give you early game strength, your "weak" early game will be absolutely nonexistant. Or you can just take a rune setup to do so much damage late game you'll make Hiroshima look like a fucking joke.
But I absolutely cannot wait for predator-mobi boots Hecarim. That sounds like hella fun.
their weak early game is already non existant. Damage is gonna be broken early ranged carries and assassins are gonna be even better
I really hope Eve is even more with her rework,although already OP if you can play her right! I am thinking A lot of mobile champs will be.
So far midlane Lucian fucking hurts. With the three aa rune "exploit weakness" thing. he fucking harassed like crazy.
Some champs have to take filler slots, so I couldn't really say without looking at each and every champion.
press the attack looks fuckin bonkers. a single short combo from luc sets up massive sustained damage for the rest of the fight
