Why can't I get chests anymore?

Hey, I'm a lowly free to play league player, and because of this I rely on boxes from getting S ranks and champion shards to get my new champions.

However, lately that hasn't been happening. I've gotten numerous S rankings on several different champions, from support to top lane and haven't gotten one single chest. I don't even get them anymore from when my teammates get an S+ (because everyone gets a chest then, right?) I have had all 4 chests queued up for 3 weeks now and haven't gotten anything since.

Does it have to do with the new client? Is it a bug? Is the loot system broken?

If someone could help me out that'd be magical, thanks.

On your profile it'll show if you have any available. Only 4 a month, only one per champion a season.

In collection, if there is a gold border around the champion, you have gotten a chest on them this season and cannot do so again until the season ends.

Hmmm, I see chest acquired on a champ and it says highest rank this season B+, that doesn't make sense if you need an S to earn a chest does it? Could it be that mine are stuck and need to be reset? I swear I haven't got chests for any of the champs that say I have this season. Anybody else notice this? I have been punished a few times in the behavior system, could that be why?

Your rewards get disabled for a time when you get chat restriction for your behavior ;D
