Does the new project skins come with a border when purchased early?
I was wondering if the new project skins come with a border if you bought them early like the older project skins?

Who cares? Are you really going to buy a set of skins that you MIGHT want just to have an extra border? I don't get it.

Why? It's the same skin. IMO they should only put nice borders on old skins that are no longer available that they rehashed to make money like Pax sivir or championship riven.
