Is Jayce ADC good?
Ive been seeing and versing a few people who play jayce adc and I was wondering if it was any good or viable? If so, at what match ups or team comps is it viable and when should I pick him?

General answer, no. It is basically a worse ez.
That said, if you wanted to do it, play him as you would normally. Be very aggressive and build lethality. Pair up with a very aggressive support like alistar and try to end with an early/mid game team comp
No. Play him top, or maybe mid if you're feeling cocky. He's too easy to kite to survive in the botlane.
