Hello everyone, I was wanting to get another top laner but I didn't know what would be good for the criteria I want.
My criteria is that I want a top laner that uses no mana, is tanky, can poke, and is decent at 1v1s, CSing and split pushing.

does everything you want. He is manaless, builds pretty tanky (and is innately tanky in Mega form), pokes with Q in both forms and basic attacks in Mini form, built properly, can be quite good at 1v1s, especially vrs. melee opponents. CSing is pretty easy with him, and he can split push decently well (he's also really good in teamfights to boot).
Not exactly the poking type but maybe you would like him still

Akali. Not saying she's without weaknesses, but she fits your ideals pretty well.
Gnar or kled might be something you would like.
2 champions immediately came to mind when I read this.
can push really fast with his W, has strong poke with his Q, builds straight tank and still does damage, has some of the easiest last hitting in the game with his E and Q, and can 1v1 mostly anyone except high attack speed fighters.
is basically a melee ADC who can build both damage and tank items. He has a good amount of poke with his E. His sustain is just stupid with his W so he can push a lane or farm jungle forever, even if he just fought with an enemy champion and fell to 10 hp. Aatrox can 1v1 just about anyone in the game as long as he doesn't fall behind. The problem with him though is that if you do fall behind, don't expect to ever catch back up.
