Is riot going to ever be able to or even do anything about "people" who are bot power levelers? Like in low level I get so many "players" that of course takes random runes, builds the same way starting always with lvl 2 boots in aram and nothing more and feeds and randomly casts spells? It gets SO FRUSTRATING when you get one on your team. To make it worse it can occur up to 3 others..
