Double flash Sums? Lol

Not sure if that's based off of aram only or maybe spellbook swap is bugged in game in general or just aram but this happened throughout the game, after using it or so it also kept switching to snowball for some reason.

There was a time also where I swapped it for ghost and flash and once I used ghost, then flashed a few seconds later, ghost became snowball and I could use instantly, no CD (if only a very small amount, not the normal CD timer).

This was a bit frustrating considering when I had the "double flash" for summs, once I used one it showed the other was still up but I could not use it. So I kept thinking I had flash when I really didn't lol. Teammates also saw and could ping the sums as if it was on cd and up also and it showed the same, one was on CD and the other was off CD but I still couldn't use.
