This game hates me

I've gotten Battlecast Alpha Skarner at least 3-4 times now I'm sure. Four. freaking. times. Got him as my Anniversary "gift," bought 2 Revel Grab bags with my PP, got him as the Legendary BOTH times, one after the other, and I'm pretty sure I've gotten him at least once from an Orb or a Chest before. I've re-rolled or disenchanted him everytime. How much more can I do to tell you I don't want this skin.

I think if you disenchant or re-roll a skin shard (maybe just if you do it more than once?) it should be removed from the loot pool for a period of time. Or at least have the chances of it appearing greatly diminished. There's 1000 skins, I'm sure it won't greatly increase someone's chances of gaming the system.

One of my Twitch Prime capsules from months ago also gave me double Dunkmaster Darius. FML.

I've gotten Marble Malphite 5 times, Obsidian Malphite twice and Odyssey Malphite once lol
