So as I read Aphelios' abilities it looked overloaded. So I sat and thought who designed him. Certainly T popped to my head and it was true. His last work was the rework Akali and how did that turn? At the end of the day and you should mark my words, Aphelios will be a balancing nightmare for the balance team of riot. He will take over professional league. Certainly T is an interesting designer but making overloaded champs is clearly unhealthy for the game.
