Petition for Riot to temporarily ban new and newly reworked champions from ranked.

Title. I'm all for letting people pick they're off meta champions but there's no way in hell that anyone has mastered a new champion in a day or two to the point that they can bring them into ranked. Test things in normals/draft pick if you want, not ranked.
