Since when is the dodge timer 15 minutes for a first offense? That's ridiculous. I literally haven't dodged a game in MONTHS. I dodge one because I need to do something quick, and I have to wait 15 minutes to play? Really?

Besides it depending on how often you dodge, it could also be based on the game made you had que'd for.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time =P
Only thing I can think of is you dodged a ranked match.

Because it's an ARAM game and the only thing that determines who wins an ARAM game is the champions each player gets instead of individual skill.
