[Discussion]: The Ruined King

So last week, I was watching Redmercy's video on a "Supposed Leak" containing information on Upcoming releases & what-not. While Leaks are mostly dubious & 99% of the time the content never actually comes out, one particular piece of the video caught my attention:

"The Ruined King: Revealed in the same week with the new Riot Game, "The Ruined King".

Considering how we are going to be seeing more Lore-based champions in the future (which was confirmed by Reav3 himself during the Champion /Dev Update Video), The Ruined King would DEFINITELY be someone I'd like to see make it to the game (With Marcus Du Couteau & Yone being the others I'd like to see). There's so many questions I'd love to ask about him, like:

• What kind of champion could he be? Would he be classified as a Warden, Skirmisher, Diver or a Vanguard? Should he be centered around Toplane, Jungle or Support?
• What kind of person was he before the Ruination of the Isles & before the Death of his Queen? What happened to him after the Ruination? Who was he, what's his real name?
• Which champions do you think he'll have interactions with? Besides & (for obvious reasons), I think there should be interactions with:
