Nah. RITO will release a new dragon champ in 2023. It will be a tank with a 3 hit % max health true damage passive, 2 dashes, 4 instances of CC, and assassin/marksman level damage. Then they will give him the Lunar Dragon skin the following year. Afterwards nerf him 3 patches later.
