Will weather change during matches?

Top right of the is raining, so will the weather evolve, during gameplay, like the champions evolve?

Would be nice if starts raining on my base, if my inhibitor gets destroyed.

Or even some random rains during game play, just to keep the map more dynamic, at least visually.

About the change it self, i am loving it. Love the art style, can wait to see the final result.
