Will the normal URF ever return?

it is unlikely. normal urf was heavily abused for always being able to pick the most op champs for that mode. and same champ matchups were instead finished item matchups rather than skill. AR URF tho a headache when you get a champ you arent familiar with, it prevents people from just outright picking what they know is an insta win
