At lvl 5 neeko passive deals a flat 110 on-hit damage magic. she is a ranged mage, with cc, and movement speed.
Played in high elo.
Plz riot, just undo this patche's buff and give her a new buff.
I know she's really weak right now, and needs help. But this patche's buff is too unhealthy for top lane and useless for mid.

Yeah it sounds dumb when you compare champs.
They are different champs. It might be that Neeko is too oppressive against melees. Don’t use other champs as a comparison to try and prove that.
Jax also has a very strong attack speed steroid and a low cooldown auto reset to go with it. Comparing abilities in isolation doesn't work.
Actually her passive let’s her transform into the likeness of her allies until she casts an abilty or takes champion damage.
What you’re referring to is her W’s passive.
Neeko actually has to land skillshots to deal damage (not like anyone give a f*ck though), unlike Jax who just leaps on top of you and whacks you to death.
I was going to come in here and write a rebuttal about how she has to max W first to achieve this, giving up her waveclear in the process, but now that I look closer at this ability, it's kind of disgustingly strong. She doesn't have to stack it against the enemy champion; she can just auto two minions then poke the enemy laner for massive damage. If they try to engage, she Es and runs away, and can pop W active for more MS if she needs it. If the enemy gets wise to this, she can hold her auto and just zone them off the wave.
