Blaster, the War Tortoise (Juggernaut/Tank)
Looks like a tortoise with guns in various spots around the shell. There's a mortar gun above the tail, two side cannons and a rail gun at the top of the shell.
Short attack range (a bit above melee, like Urgot. Uses railgun on top of shell for basic attacks.)
Passive: Withdraw
After 4 seconds of no skill use, reduce all incoming damage by 10/20/30%.
Visual Effect: All guns are withdrawn into the shell and the shell glows.
Q: Water Shot
Unleashes a blast of water from his side cannons, then lobs a water bomb. The dual cannon shot knocks enemies back in a cone. The second shot launches a bomb a set distance in the same direction, from the mortar.
W: Mud Mine
Leaves a visible mine in target location. Enemy champions that walk over the mine have movement slowed 24/28/32/36/40% and take a small amount of magic damage. Blaster's next skill or basic attack on the target deals flat additional magic damage.
Animation: Mortar launches straight upward (like Kog's Ultimate). The mine landing is only visible to enemy if there is vision on that specific location.
E: Making Waves
Blaster sends out water pulses every second for 4 seconds. The waves deal % max hp magic damage and repeat hits slow enemy movement by 25% (slow does not stack). Monsters and large minions take double damage.
Blue pulses (default color) of liquid splash outwards from under Blaster.
R: Mobile Bunker
Upon activation, Withdraw is activated and skill use for the next 8 seconds will not remove the effect. This skill may be recast once to make a leap to the center of target area, enemies in the area are pushed to the edge and stunned.
Visual, First Activation: A bomb alert siren is heard across the map, Blaster now radiates a larger shield to accommodate the guns being out.
Visual, Second Activation: Launches straight upward with a rocket from his underside. Landing has all guns, limbs and head pulled into shell with a large wave for the knockback effect.
