Is there any way to see China stats and data?

Probably not since my dear friend Google didn't help.

China is making big portion of playerbase(like really big, here is incorrect reddit post(it's missing Garena), 100M of accs, not sure how is it with smurfing there, but still, thats big number).

It would be easier to understand some of Riot's decisions, balance(our beloved Vayne/Riven problems)/skin wise.

I mean, it's known fact that game is dying in West, but I wonder how it really is. And since Riot won't public their numbers, it just proves it IMO.

So did anyone had luck and found anything?(Also I'm bad at hyeroglyphs reading/writting so there might be something out there in chinese idk).
