Could this be a good change for conqueror?
What about changing the rune so that you can only get one stack per second you dealt DMG to an enemy champion. Like this every champ would need about 5 seconds to get its full effect and no one could abuse multi hit ability's or animation cancels to get these stacks faster, but it would still serve as antitank rune.
If 5 seconds is too long, you could change it.
We already have max. stacks per timeframe on tear-items, why not for keystones.
What do you think? Too op or too weakining for conq?
