i agree that people in lower elo brackets will most likely not know how to use a good portion of champs to their full ability, but hitting a certain elo bracket doesn't magically remove practice needed for champs
Here leme just play brain dead shit and when I magically get into a high elo I will automatically be graced by the summoners knowledge of how to play incredibly high skilled champs? wheeze Yeah okay buddy.
