Shaco Is just not fun anymore

I'm not crying for attention, yet i would absolutely love to get build suggestions that make him more enjoyable in this messed up meta or maybe a word from a RIOT team member on whether or not they plan on making him less of a handicap character and more of that maniacal cackling trapper with bursty single target murder clown that i used to know him as all those years ago. :( I miss you shaco
