Look For Group of mature Teammates

Looking for team of players to start the next season or end this season with a bang. Over 700 games in Elo hell and i'm certain i am more skilled than most, no im not full of myself. I AM very tired of my win/loss ratio being governed by people that have no click discipline and no foresight, let alone the ability to play a champion correctly. <--- i am primarily adc, and jungle. but i play everything well and correct
