Why does the Super Kennen skin not have any chromas?

Ok I know this skin is from 2017, but seriously does Riot just hate or something? Sivir, Kogmaw, Alistar, Galio, and Renekton all have chromas for the April fools skin line so why doesn't Kennen have any?

Yeah I noticed this to about a year ago after I started playing him and its bull shit. It may be because he's not as popular as the rest of those champs. Just take my money i'd buy all his chromas if he had any.
