Does Sudden Impact work with Kennen's E?

So i've been playing a lot and want to main him. I've been trying out a lot of runes and I was wondering if Sudden Impact had any affect with his E Lightning Rush? Is it considered a dash or does it do nothing with his E? I know it works with and so i'm wondering if its good or not for Kennen? If anyone mains him what runes would you recommend?

It doesn't work with MS, just jumps and co, and leaving stealth

Kennen's E Lightning Rush does not proc Sudden Impact.

Sudden Impact will only proc through a dash, blink, Teleport, Flash, or going out of invisibility/Camouflage.
