So they refuse to rework teemo, but were comfortable with aatrox rework?????

so within the link about teemo's rework, riot states "we weren’t comfortable shipping something unless the majority of his playbase was on board." within the second Q and A, yet they manage to go ahead and not have a problem reworking aatrox regardless of the fact that so many players did not want Aatrox to get reworked (including me, a player that always loved going up against old aatrox) and ESPECIALLY one of the challenger players that begged riot to not rework aatrox in a full letter in english (MIND YOU THIS GUY DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH) and riot reworks him anyway. Truth be told this is so one sided and i feel a little betrayed for witnessing this happen. what are your thoughts guys?
