Riot trapped me in a game and now i cant play at all

i was just playing a normal game with other random fellow NA players as your cute lovable Veigar but then all of a sudden the whole game glitched out on everybody (and i know this because as it was bugging out i saw people type in all-chat saying "yo whats happening???" or something similar. i wait patiently for the game to fix itself for 15 MINUTES and i decide to tell myself "screw it just restart the game" and so i leave. WORST DECISION POSSIBLE because now it just says that im in niether custom,ranked, OR norms. just that im in a game and everytime i click on reconnect it stops me from joining the game and a window pops up saying that i cant connect to their servers and that i need to check my internet connection (WHICH IS PERFECTLY FINE). i cant start a new game and this is so FRUSTRATING... i filed bug reports about it too. dude i just wanna play man.. let me play please? ive been a good noodle.
