Why Support has the lowest pick rate and why everyone hates that role.
First reason is people just don't like the role, because they truly believe they can carry harder if they play on another role. Alot of players just have the "I must carry" mentality and Support don't always usually offer that.
When people think of what is "Carrying" they think of high kills number, which in part yes getting high kills number does mean you're carrying. And most time it is carrying even tho some people can be "Delusional" when they're performing bad, they will say you're just KSing, even tho I don't how someone with almost 20kill can be KSing when the rest of the team is like 0-10. Like get over your low egotistic when you're getting carry.
Some people just have a hard time accepting getting carry when they're especially doing very poorly in-game. And what hits these type of egotistic players more is when their Carries are hella fed but the game is still in a loss situation. They'll start pouring out:
"If I have gotten those kill, I would have ended the game myself" "How are you not getting anything after KSing 20kill"
Like yes sometime there are some Players, who have no idea what to do with all the kills they get, and sometime they just mange to get alot of the last hit and somehow got big. That usually happen to alot of players who have high kills along with high death numbers.
There's more to the "Carry Topic" but not everyone is going to have the logic to think why or know so I will end the first reason here.
Second reason is, some player just don't enjoy playing a lane together with another player. Why? Because when you have an aggressive player laning with a super passive player.... It just don't work.
Sometime you get some support who plays
you would assume they might be a more aggressive player but they ain't. And sometime you get adc who plays
you also assume they might be an aggressive player. But sometime you just don't know what you're going to get.
Playing duo lane with a random, is like a "LOOT BOX" you just don't know what kinda player you're going to match with.
And so this lead to a situation where you are force to match your passive and aggression with that person, and sometime they'll do some dumb play or whatever and then blame you if it fails. Like you know, usually in a random duo lane you're more likely going to hear 2 idiot flaming each other if they don't blame the jungler first.
