High Noon Lucian on Sale?
Do you guys think/know if High Noon Lucian is going to go on sale soon for 1350? I'm thinking of buying it, but I'd rather buy it for a cheaper price if it's coming anytime soon. Ty in advance!~

Actually every non-legacy/limited/Hextech newly-released legendary/Ultimate skin will be on sale eventually. Just wait 4-6 months after release for the respective early sales.
Regards.
