How to deal with stubborn teamates?

Im in bronze 4 and in no way good, but im trying to improve. I need advice on how to deal with teamates that just try to screw me over all because i didnt help them one time . Recently had a bard that kept ulting me whenever i was trying to escape which led to me dying many times. Ive also had junglers not gank my lane all because i didnt help secure scuttle. I just dont know how to deal with these teammates that purposefully try to make my game harder. Advice would be appreciated
