rework on gangplank would be good cuz now gangplank is pretty much just a pirate

You are wong. GP does not need a rework. The salt water scourge carried my butt all the way to plat. All he needs is some minor tweeks to his E, W, and passive. Example his E should not cause him to stop, his W should be based on total hp% and his passive should stack 5 times and the dmg on it be increased with ap ratios.
