Grievous wounds, bramble vest and ma boi Mundo

So I wanted to ask if was not the only one who thinks grievous wounds is applied way to easily these days. For those who don't know, grievous wounds is an effect that reduces every healing on you by 40%, making it a good counter to etc...

Let's list how to apply it:

's R and 's E (or W dunno) apply it both in AoE

Applies it for the duration

also make it.

This was before the rework on and it was fair, 2 champs applying it often, ignite has a long cooldown, executioner was a situationnal item bought nearly only by adc's, and morello procks grievous wounds only when under 20% HP

But this was before this god forsaken item is litterally a giant FU*K YOU to every champion relying on healing, basically reducing by a fuckton or usefullness in team fight, sure it's nice against or so they dont go back to full health in 1 auto-attack.

My point is, Bramble vest was introduced to fight against lifesteal monsters in teamfight, meaning it would a lot more logical to apply grievous wounds onkly on thornmail and not on bramble vest.

TL-DR Grievous wounds is way to easily applied because of bramble vest and counters champs it was not meant too, it should be applied only through thornmal
