Sorry, can't answer. I got two shot on the way to this question. Legit tho i had a ka jg on my team last game and he carried partly and had tons of kills, he hardly ever died and this is the usual. Does seem like he needs toning down. But rengar is also a bit silly for that matter.
They're reverting his R in one of the coming patches which was the major problem. His current evolved R makes him stupid safe for an assassin. I guarantee you'll see the win and pick rate drop after that.
