Idea: Champion Renting.

You know the feeling when you've wanted to play X champion for some time, but they're never on free week?

For a small amount of IP(500ish, lower for cheaper champions), you can rent that champion for a day. This would count as an extra free week champion, disabling their use in ranked. This allows players to try out champions aside from free week without the need to use refund tokens if they don't like whatever champ they chose.

EDIT- To clarify, you could only have one champion rented at a time, with some sort of cooldown period between rentals. Thoughts?

I think renting the champ for one day at 10-25% of the normal price seems reasonable. then you can try it a couple times if one day wasn't enough to convince you. I used Volibear on 3 free weeks and was about convinced I would buy him. Then I used him on a fourth and realized that my feelings for him had simmered and my play style wasn't meshing as well with him. we're talking over the course of several months.

I think it would make newer players rent champions they want to play for fun, resulting in them not having ip for runes or champions later on. It's already bad enough to have t1 and t2 runes that people waste ip on, renting something not permanent is not attractive to me. perhaps just once per month grant a free "rented champion" where you can choose one champion to use for free for 48 hours. Let's you try out new champions whenever you are thinking of buying one.
