With season 5 upcoming, do you have plans for a more extensive rune rework?

The customization that runes provide is already gated by level, like masteries. I'm wondering what purpose such high ip costs have on runes, they simply limit the ability of newer players to define their playstyle.

I'm hoping for something like this season 5; season 4 was about reworking vision, which I really like the changes to, hopefully season 5 has changes to runes and masteries (and hopefully the ability to reorder mastery pages....I hate how my most recent mastery pages are always at the end of the list)

Customization wasnt the reason they reworked runes. They wanted a new money sink so that everyone would need to replace a bunch of runes that worked fine because riot made them suboptimal. They are just greedy that way.

Which is positive, because if the treatment is the same, it means they will make runes close to useless.
