Attack speed steroid for Urgot's W

He doesn't need attack speed at all really. He uses armor pen/manamune active on people.

No. He is a caster, attack speed is wasted on him. He thrives off of damage and mana.

They already gave him a mana scaling on W, what more do you want.

Auto attacks also proc his W active. I think it's a bit of an overstatement to say that he 'thrives' off of damage and mana, does he really thrive? It's he supposed to be a lane bully? The Q is great for chasing after a disengage, but Urgot really needs something to be relevant again. Especially today, when we have countless tanky supports with multiple lockdowns Urgot's tankiness and soft cc (besides ult) are just kindof ignored. His one saving grace is the ability to make plays during the laning phase, but if there's a gank by any jungler with hard CC his ult becomes a suicide. Also, before he can actually go through his whole rotation constantly he is severely handicapped.. which he already is, since he's Urgot. Attack speed buff on W is a simple and appropriate solution, which doesn't negate his role as a caster ADC (since it would only apply during W active), and ups his DPS during trades to make him actually.. useable.
