Make Forge Mode a Permanent Game Mode

Why not make a mode where players can mod and build their own maps? At least then the community wouldn't need to ask Riot for anything. And don't give me any of that "Riot can't monetize a forge mode." Riot is already selling map backgrounds in TFT and there are plenty of different skins already made for the base, trees, bushes, etc. If Riot really wanted to be stingy, they could even sell the catapult as a "luxury item."

I don't get how a game genre that copied a game mode spawned by a mod wouldn't want to jump on this, especially when freaking Mountain Goat Man Ornn MADE the howling abyss.
