Nunu on Pbe

While I understand that the need to reduce the amount of AP Nunu's W gives to allies, I think the changes on PBE are a bit excessive. I understand it's only the first iteration of testing and is likely just to test the direction, but I wanted to put in my two cents and some suggestions. I'm assuming the AP is only being nerfed because of abuse, not because Nunu is op in non-abuse cases.

  • Keep the reduction seen on PBE, but make it so that if Nunu is the only one affected (no ally got the buff as well, not even by auto selecting the closest in-range target) that he gets the live 40% AP value.

  • Have the PBE reduction of AP only apply to allies, Nunu would still get 40%

  • Have the scaling drop to 20% AP and have a base AP based on rank (help close gap between best and worst cases, and doesn't push the AP ratio to being )

  • Have the scaling scale based on each champion's own AP (not sure if there's any actual benefits myself, it's a bit too complicated for me, but the devs can consider it's value)

  • Scale the AP granted ratio with rank

And then based off what it ends up as for shipping live, a compensatory buff to his passive's auto damage in some form (probably ratio by 0.5% to 1% per stack).

The will prob just hard nerf him since his rework will be out in 2 or so months. Aatrox release in 2 week, 2 weeks after that prob akali on pbe, 2 weeks akali release, then 2 week nunu on pbe.
