So they said that it doesnt proc on-hit (
) effect 5x, but it does proc on-attack(
) 5 times. so every attack shoots 10 bolts. my question is that does the bolts, which DO proc on hit effects, proc BORK each time? can you hit the side champs for 34% (8% of their current hp 5 times) every attack?
