Skill of LoL

I have really been thinking. Has league lost it's skill factor. Even within esports Korean teams were known for their ability to control the map, macro mechanics and out play. Yet hardly any made it as far as expected. Season 8 everything seems to be about high 1 shot burst, ad assassin's and horrible tank itemizations. Solo queue seems to be even further determined by the worst player on the team rather than the best player or group of players. Recent reworks and new champs have way too much of a loaded kit and makes it easier to out play older champs or more skilled players. Some examples are irelia, akali, aatrox, suicidal sion etc. You can Dodge a piece of one of these champs kits and still die to a 1 shot by them. Which brings me back to topic. You can be 50-100 cs over a opponent yet they still seem to win the dmg game. Wasn't always like this and I feel it renders the game less enjoyable let alone playable.
