They Both Got Nerfed Instead Of Getting The Changes They Need, But They Still Need To Be Changed
Still needs to be melee only.
Passive still needs to have a 3000 HP requirement.

EROTIC RAID BOSS3 votesEzreal isn't why ibg was nerfed. I don't necessarily think it would be a bad thing to just balance him around tri builds (he'd be way more fun if he didn't have to build tear first either) but ibg was nerfed because tanks were op not ezreal

I never said he was.......... The nerf was deserved, but Ezreal shouldn't be able to use it.

63536895_DEL1 votesIBG got nerfed because of this, That 1 ranged user is enough to merit IBG being changed to melee only, ton's of items have been nerfed or changed because a single champion abused them, though honestly almost every time an item was changed because of a single champion that "single champion" was almost always Ezreal or Udyr.
The only other ranged champion I ever see build IBG is Bard, and that's rarely, annoying as fuck when it happens though.
