I selected jungle as primary and mid as secondary. HOLY FUCK THAT WAIT TIME. Is this normal ?

I get around 8-12 in Silver, so I'd assume it's normal in Diamond.

I'm experiencing the same thing, upwards of 10 minutes and still haven't found anything. Primary mid and secondary top. When I play with friends we get multiple hits within 2-3 minutes. Why is this happening when going in solo?
