Please nerf rylai's on Aurelion Sol

^ Title. It's really dumb that he can perma slow u just by walking towards you. And you can't get close to him because you're always slowed. AND if you do get close to him, then he uses his ult to push you back. ON TOP of that, if he builds rod of ages and rylai's he has a shitton of health. So if you're an assassin and get the jump on him you can't burst him down. My idea is that every other star slows, not every single one, so you can have at least a small gap to get close to him or run away.
