Went against an Ekko for the first time since buffs

(Repost since I posted it in Story Art and Sound. Oops) He literally built full tank (spirit visage and sunfire cape and a few other things) and was out dpsing our mid laner. When you got him low, he'd just nuke your whole team and healed for a SHIT TON.
