Im talking about a counter who just deletes him off the map. As darius I have only had trouble with taliyah. You may say quinn or vayne which is fine, but I mean someone who even if he gets in mele range of them, they can just delete him.
I am taking delete in the sense they make it seem like its soraka vs master yi or something.

Yi destroys him, but not in lane, once he has some items he beats him in all ins. Jax is a skill matchup. Pantheon might beat him in lane but it's cause of harass, his all in is weaker. Overall, the counterplay to Darius is kiting that's why we say pick Quinn/Vayne when you face a Darius. Possibly try Trundle if you wanna outright beat him in melee. But he's gonna harass you with Q and reset-auto slow, though your all in is probably stronger. Yet if he gets 5 bloodstacks you're kinda screwed.
TLDR : the most solid counter is not beating him outright by pure strength but by kiting. But if you don't want to kite him, try out

Those are literally the worst champs you could possibly suggest... all in melee champs don't do well against Darius, and some of them, particularly Pantheon are countered the hardest by Darius of any champs in this entire game...

Pantheon countered by Darius? At what elo do you play exactly? Also, I didn't say they do that well against Darius, I said they beat him in all ins starting a certain number of items, except Panth that just bullies him out by spamming spears.

And he particularly counters him in recent seasons, since Darius can easily outsustain all of his spears now (even without landing Qs on Panth), and then proceed to zone Pantheon. Those other champs that you mentioned would be downright AWFUL at all in 1v1s too, unless Darius is far behind and/or they are far ahead...

I recently carried a game as Pantheon top vs a Darius top, because I played safe and roamed... didn't try to poke/all in. And just last game made a Darius rage quit as teemo top (cus ya know I actually pick to counter Darius, when i have a choice).

I "think" Darius is a huge Pantheon counter because it's widely regarded to be the case, by the entire damn internet (except for trolls like you ofc). As well, that thread was asking for tips on how to better deal with him when he picks Darius after, as a counter to my pick. Cus that happens in this game you know.
Nor is it on how to deal with him as Pantheon either, since as I and my match history have said, I know howto deal with him as Pantheon. But that doesn't change the fact that he's still his single biggest counter, and you wouldn't ever purposely pick him into Darius, period. Equal skill levels, or not.
