not much different, considering income and such.. maybe people would build more small items (daggers, longswords, amplifying tomes, etc) but large complete items would still take just as long to build..

I think it’d be cool to have a RGM where that was a thing and hold from all sources was doubled. The chaos would be a nice change of pace.

Things would need to be rebalanced. Either all items would need to be nerfed, stats and cost wise, or gold income would need to be jacked up by almost double.

There are very rare games where you can get a 7th item if you want to, and I've had a few where I could have gotten 8. But 10? Never.

Although it would leave room for a control ward at all times...
