Can we add a wood division?

This is for the people who are stuck at the bottom depths of bronze (bronze 4 and 5) who always complain about them being "dragged down" by the system.

You guys in that elo who talk all the time don't even deserve to get put with the people in low elos who just play their best or are actually trying to climb and not blame their teammates for being in bronze.

Hopefully riot decides to implement a wood division right below bronze, that doesn't have a tier system within it (it's just called wood, no wood 1-5) so you can truly be dragged down by your teammates :)
