Reminder for jungler slot to take smite

Just had to sit through a game where the jungler forgot smite and then ignored everyone in lanes while trying to struggle farming his own jungle... It's really pointless to sit through the game just to lose 20 lp knowing that even if our team was more fed we can't get any jungle objectives at all and it's pretty much free for the other team to win... Could there be a system so that all the teammates get loss prevented or at least a reminder before the game starts to take smite (Like the reminder won't dissapear until they choose smite/the game won't start)

So dodge any q in which your jg forgets smite unless it's a promo.

I had a game where I forgot smite as the jungler, it was a normal draft not ranked, but my top laner was nice enough to let me duo with them after I died to my red buff. xD We murdered top lane and took turns farming the top jungle once we hit level 4 or so. Since there was a fair amount of pressure between the two of us, the enemy jungler was forced to stay top side most of the time, which freed up mid and bot to push. Thanks to that top teammate's willingness to share lane and forgive my mistake we were able to make the best out of an unfavorable situation.
