...what?
You realize Annie was FAR more oppressive before her changes, right? Her initial burst used to be stronger, her ult would stun you even if you flashed it's casting, and her E lasted for a lot longer. The changes not only gave her more counterplay, but also added a bit more complexity to her kit, making her slightly less easy to play.
Next, lets go over some of the points you made. If she's kicking ass constantly, it's because you're making a lot of mistakes. Annie's whole concept is that she's very simple and predictable, lacking the flashy tools that a lot of newer champions have. Therefore, her strongest point is punishing mistakes, such as catching people out of position or flanking people without them realizing.
Her ult is potentially game changing, but because of it's short range and predictability it isn't all that reliable. Also, it's cooldown is only 52 seconds at rank 3 with 40% CDR. Until then, it's got a decent time before it's up. And just because Tibbers lasts 45 seconds doesn't mean he will. Usually he's killed off throughout the course of the fight, or when Annie gets killed. If he's still alive at the end of the fight, it usually means Annie's team won.
How the ACTUAL fuck is this a "all Riot cares about is money" issue? They made thematic and healthy changes to a champion that's already really cheap. That statement shows your total ignorance of this topic.
