@Riots can we change Darius R scaling?
Hello! I know Darius is in a decent spot right now but it would be better if he had total ad scaling on his ult. Better syngergy with 
you know.

Second of all, you might want to remove that gif right now. Biiiiiiit too much for most people.
Anywho, if I recall correctly, this was an entirely intentional move on Riot's part. They wanted to make sure that Sterak's is not an offensive augment in the traditional sense, so as to restrain tanky champions taking advantage of their high-ish AD ratios and having a passive like Sterak's.
