Singed/Teemo/Tahm Kench/Raka/Yasuo/Jax/Eve.

I have no idea how to deal with a singed proxy, Teemo needs no explanation, Kench needs to be killed twice and is usually tnaky on top of that and makes a nearby ally unkillable, similar deal with raka, Yas's windwall frustrates me immensely, jax's dodges are also frustrating, and eve means I can't rely on my usual wards and I'm stuck hoping my pink is in the right place to catch her and that my teammates are also using pinks.
